What are the dimensions of the Pack Grill?

The PackGrill™ is about 9.5” X 5” in overall size and .5” mesh size.
The Pack Grill™ Plus also includes a 5” X 5” companion grill. 

Pro Tip: If you ever need a bigger grill, buy 2 and join them together with a couple of small metal loops to make a lightweight grill that folds out to about 9-3/4" square!

Does the Pack Grill come with a carry bag?

Each grill is shipped with a 6"x10" (approx.) carry pouch lovingly hand-made by my darling wife in the United States from a robust all-natural cotton material (color and texture may vary).

To keep down cost and pass the savings on to you, we ship the pouches raw, so you can wax them or apply your own favorite coating, if desired.

Pro Tip: We chose cotton material for the pouch and recommend leaving it untreated so that, in the event of an emergency, you can cut or tear the pouch into tiny sections to make char-cloth. This way the pouch has multiple uses.

Bonus Pro Tip: The drawstring that we chose is untreated jute twine. This can be separated and processed into tinder material if needed. Just another way the pouch can be of more use to you than just to store the PackGrill™.

How quickly will I receive my Pack Grill™?

Each order is processed by hand and shipped via US Postal Service usually within 1-2 business days, and you should usually receive your grill to any destination in the continental United States within about 4-8 business days. (Business hours are Monday-Friday, 10-4 Mountain Time. Orders received after 4pm MT on Friday will be processed the following Monday.)

What is the temperature rating of the Pack Grill™?

The PackGrill™ is formed from 304 stainless steel, which is rated at up to 1700 °F. A typical campfire is between 500-1200 °F, so use over most campfires should be safe under normal use and durations for years to come. PackGrill™ is also safe for use with wood chips and charcoal.

You will notice a nice patina on the stainless steel after the first use over a campfire. This is normal and expected.

What is covered by the lifetime limited warranty?

Each genuine PackGrill™ is shipped with a certificate of authenticity that entitles you to the PackGrill™ replacement guarantee. For life. We believe this is a bold gesture since, like any popular product, there are many cheap knock-offs.

We cannot be responsible in cases where we believe there was neglect, mis-use or abuse of the product, or normal wear and tear but, other than that, we take full responsibility for any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure or breakage.

If your genuine PackGrill™ ever fails, except as noted above, just return it and we'll send you a new PackGrill™. The only thing we ask is that you cover all shipping costs.

Each Pack Grill™ is lovingly hand-crafted in the U.S.A. from High-Quality 304 Stainless Steel. This Is not some cheap foreign mass-imported knock-off product. The quality construction is super-durable and will last you for many years to come!

Also, remember, your PackGrill™ is hand-made and may contain some slight imperfections. Like Sean Connery or Betty White, we believe these slight imperfections add character and make it uniquely yours because, just like your fingerprint, no two are exactly alike. (No extra cost.)
